Bilingual Office Support Assistant – Immediate Hire!

Join us as an Office Support Assistant, and you will have the chance to become part of our EMB Team! You will perform a variety of office support duties involving the use of multi-faceted office practices and procedures requiring interpretations and/or initiative; and perform other duties as required.

The Office Support Assistant will contribute to our company's development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a go-getter mentality. The Office Support Assistant is expected to proactively create and maintain a close relationship with all parties involved in the Mortgage transaction. Superior Customer service is paramount to meet both internal and external expectations. The Office Support Assistant works as part of a team but is individually responsible to prioritize their own tasks to appropriately balance the position's fulfillment demands.

Essential Job Functions:
- Greeting clients and getting them settled into meetings
- Manage conference room scheduling
- Preparing and managing client paperwork
- Providing non-advise related support to clients, including organizing meetings, responding to client requests, and preparing letters and standard reports
- Providing direct administrative support to staff members
- Emailing, faxing, copying, filing, and other office managements duties
- Answering multi-line phones
- Gathering and entering data into Client Management System
- Mail, FedEx and UPS
- Keep up the kitchen and supplies, such as food and coffee orders
- Perform various additional tasks as assigned


Job Requirements:
- This is a full-time, on-site position
- Positive mental attitude, creative thinker, team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer proficiency particularly with Microsoft Office
